Investigation and structural condition assessment of a reinforced concrete framed public recreational facility located along the banks of the Anacostia River in Washington DC. The investigation encompassed the Recreation Center's interior below-grade pump, filter, mechanical, and storage rooms, as well as the building's exterior masonry facade.
